This manuel presents an ensemble of examples related to the use of the Commod Pro software. It can be used for learning how to perform simulations with Commod Pro. Furthermore the presented examples are used for checking that new routines added in Commod Pro do not perturb the efficiency of the older ones. In that purpose most of the capabilities of Commod Pro are covered by the examples.
